Work of MARIA, carved in lime wood, in the chapel of the Acutis Residence in Assisi since 2012.
The work comes from the MARIA exhibition held in 2000 at the Fontana d’Or in Girona, Spain.
Following the spirit of the artist, to put art at the service of social aid and spirituality, from 2024, the Cooperativa Santa Maria delle Rose will donate the annual net profit derived from sales of Guido Dettoni della Grazia’s sacred artworks, whether made at the Permanent Exhibition in Assisi or via e-commerce, to the Assisi CARITAS Foundation for mothers and children in vulnerable situations and the SERAFICO Institute of Assisi, dedicated to people with multiple psycho-sensory disabilities.
